For me, the fear of losing outweighs the pleasure of winning. So whilst I accept you have to spend money to make money I find it really hard to do. Most months I make about $150 from freerolls and some small ticket MTTs/SNGs. To make 20K I guess you have to be turning over a minimum of 200K at a very good ROI of 10%, which in a 30 day month, means buy ins of about $6000 every day. It's going to take me a while to work up to that!
