Dear valued poker player!

Absolute Poker has identified an internal security breach that compromised our systems for a limited period of time. The cause of the breach has been determined and completely resolved. In addition, all necessary resources, both internal and external, have been engaged to ensure this does not happen again. Our investigation is not fully concluded, and we wish to thank the extended poker community for any and all assistance related to the matter.

UPDATE: The Kahnawake Gaming Commission ‘KGC’ recently released their report of the audit performed on Absolute Poker ‘AP’ late last year, after allegations of players having access to opposing player’s hole cards at the table. Listed in the report are the audit’s findings, the screen names of the guilty parties and the penalties handed down by the KGC.

The entire internet gambling community and online poker players alike have been waiting to hear the results from the Kahnawake Gambling Commission's investigation into the Absolute Poker scandal. The KGC announced today that they have imposed a fine on Absolute Poker for $500,000.00 dollars and will perform random unannounced audit's at AP's expense over the next two years.
