All if not most casinos allow you to play for free by giving you free money. Thats your free spin right there. Thats a handful of free spins.

There are many online casino sites that allow free spins. I know few of them like sydneycasino.info but I wouldn't recommend betting on such facilities.

I would have thought most Casinos have Free Plays allowed in fact I know so because I have played Free Plays often enough before playing for real.
