Several questions about casino strategy

Hi, im newby here.I have been doing researches in internet about casino strategies, secrets and where is bunch of (may be stupid) questions, i cannot find answers.
1. Everywhere in casino slot machine strategies you can see written something like this: "find machine with 98 % payout". But where is nowhere i can find, how to find that machine? Is it written on machine:"Hey, im paying out up to 98%", or something similar?
2. What is better to play? Table? Roulette? Slots? Where is more chance to win something spetial?
3. If your chance in casino is only your luck, how it can be possible that somebody constantly winning something, and im not hiting anything?

One thing that you’ll commonly hear from casino winners is that it takes money to make money.

As i think luck is a very important part of any casino game but also discipline.
Appart from that there is games that do include a bit more skill and those are the games that you need to play. Roulette and Craps are two of those. But remember with any SPAM game the odds are in favour of the casino ALWAYS, you just need to swing it into your favour as far as possible!

why do you say this is a spam site/ irrelevant? this page Deonlinecasino.com talks exactly about what gammyjammy was asking. you probably thought it was spam because you can't read French.
