Sorry, maybe I'm not following you?
I'm sure that once any card is dealt, the mathematical probability of the same kind of card being dealt again is reduced, because there are now fewer of those cards in the deck. The number remaining depends on how many decks are used.
Whether or not this is useful or not is another story.
Isn't that the basics of counting cards?
