Default Beer Champs

Hey all you beer champs, I got a question for ya... One of my friends is thinking about going on a diet, but she loves drinking beer and refuses to give it up during her diet... Basically my question is: Is it better for her to drink 10 regular beers or 15 lite beers? Advice is Needed!

Mike said are you serious?????. She must not want to diet then if she doesn't want to stop drinking while she does it. Light nor regular will change the fact that both help you gain weight. Tell her to let go of her dream of losing weight.

That is so funny, I mean I don't think a diet consist of alcohol at any rate. I think that if she can't stay away from it then she should go light. They make light beer for a reason, I assume.

If you are on a diet, you should check the calorie content of beers. Even so called light or lite beers are loaded with calories.

I'm at your back sacback1. If she really have the determination with regards to her diet, then quit from drinking or else nothings gonna happened.
