I just play with the kids for fun. I don't let them win, but always play as competitively as I would in other situations. it depends on the game and circumstances, I guess.

I just read thorough this thread, and I am amazed at the people who think letting their kids win is a good idea. This will instill a false sense of empowerment, that when they get into a situation with someone else who does not let them win, their world will crumble.

I think every kid deserves a winning experience so that they will have something to look forward to.
